Back in the day when the owner helped run the place it was great. Now, it's just horrible and the son is just loud and quite obnoxious. My wife and I refuse to order from there anymore. My last order was a Milanos Special pizza and a large fry. I walked in to pick up my order and was greeted by the cashier who had just finished spreading some cheese over a pizza she was preparing with her bare hands. She rubbed off the excess cheese onto the dirty stained apron which seemed to have been in need of wash for months. Ugh, I can almost see the bacteria feasting on all the food remnants on that apron. She took my money and handed back the change and order, then was quick to head back to making food without washing her hands. I was so disgusted with the cleanliness and hygiene of everyone working there. The exterior is just as runned down as the interior and the rear of the restaurant is quite the sight. last couple of times I drove by it seemed like a mechanic shop out back. One of delivery drivers was working on his car and there's always 2-3 people out back smoking. It's not the smoking that bothers me, it's knowing that these people are walking right back in without washing hands and handling our food. Granted, I don't know this for sure but judging by what I've seen on several occasions, I can only assume the worst.

Best PEP AND CHEESE pizza I've had anywhere. The service tends to leave some to be desired however.
We now order from a place in Long Sault. Great friendly service, a VERY clean restaurant and they are proud to post their inspection PASS certificate as you enter the premises.
Amazing pizza with lots of toppings. Order the milanos special! Not the best for eat-in but what it lacks in atmosphere it makes up for with the quality and price!
Firstly let me begin by saying I don't want to bash Milano's but it's been one poor experience after another over the years. I hope this review helps the owner realize that changes need to be made to keep customers coming in.
It's been one failed order after another over the past 2 years and now we just gave up like many other locals. My last pizza had dough which was only partially cooked and the cheese just warm to the touch. They tell you 30min, it never is! Expect to wait another 10 minutes possibly more because they're never on time. We once waited 1hr20 for a delivery.
